Susan Lee’s Bio

Susan has been a residential real estate professional since 2002 with the Slavens team. She is committed to building relationships one at a time by adding value to the buying and selling experience. She provides professional, knowledgeable and diligent service to her clients.

Buying or selling a home is a major life event and Susan finds it very rewarding to be a part of that process. She makes a concerted effort to understand her client’s needs and as a result takes extra steps to offer personalized service. She has won numerous sales achievement awards as a result of her ability to connect with clients and deliver on their goals.

Susan enjoys volunteering at her kids’ elementary school and has a keen interest in architecture, interiors and design. She and her husband built their current home to be a modern LEED Platinum home (Leadership in Energy, Efficiency & Design), that is sustainable, water and energy efficient, connected to the outside, healthy and a very happy place to call home!

Ron Chichora’s Bio

Ron Chichora has been in the real estate business for over 25 years. In addition to being a Toronto real estate professional, he has also worked in property management – giving him in-depth experience in many kinds of property matters. He specializes in residential real estate, is client focused and has strong negotiation skills. Coupled with his hard working ethic and his extensive familiarity of Toronto real estate matters – he’s an agent you can count on to get the job done.

Ron is renowned for his dedication and loyalty to his clients. His clients find him very well versed in the Toronto real estate market and find him to be very personable, enjoyable and very patient. In 2012 Ron was awarded by the Toronto Real Estate Board for his 25 years of service to the industry. Ron enjoys playing Tennis with his two daughters, he also enjoys basketball and staying on top of current affairs. He loves that Toronto is so diverse and enjoys all its unique communities.
